Installation Technician:
Responsibilities include:
The primary responsibility of this position is the installation, service, troubleshooting and maintenance of security systems sold by Trans-Alarm.
The Installation Technician is responsible for installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance. All installations and service must meet the highest quality standards set forth by Trans-Alarm, while assuring a professional and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
A High School diploma is required, electronics degree and/or work experience preferred.
Central Station Operator:
The primary responsibility of this position is dispatching proper authorities on alarm signals, along with customer communication and account changes. Inbound and outbound phone calls are handled with a high level of professionalism.
Strong communication skills are a key element to this position.
Account Manager / Key Account Manager -- Integrated Systems:
This dynamic and challenging position is focused on developing trusted advisor relationships with clients needing security system integration, central station monitoring services, commercial lock services, leases, service and preventive maintenance plans.
The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of the security industry in the areas of access control, video security, intrusion and fire sprinkler monitoring, for commercial clients in the property management, healthcare, municipal, and industrial vertical markets.
This position requires excellent communication skills, good problem solving abilities, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help security practitioners design, install, and maintain critical elements of their total facility security strategy. The Account Manager / Key Account Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and offers a best in class performance based compensation plan.
