Burnsville, MN – Trans-Alarm, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Automated Entrance Products, Inc. (“AEPI”) to Stanley Mechanical Security, a division of The Stanley Works (“Stanley”). Trans-Alarm will focus exclusively on security products going forward and Stanley will introduce its many resources to expand the entrance business in the local market. Both companies will continue to work closely on joint projects to serve the needs of security and automated entrance customers.
