Trans-Alarm, Inc., Burnsville, MN today announced it has completed the acquisition of the security monitoring accounts of Continental Alarm & Detection, a division of Continental Fire Sprinkler Company ("Continental"). The sale includes a majority of the monitoring accounts of Continental which are primarily commercial and are located mainly in Nebraska and Iowa.
Continental is a turnkey fire sprinkler contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Since 1971, Continental has completed a wide range of fire sprinkler and alarm system installation, maintenance and inspection projects within 46 different states across the nation.
Going forward, alarm monitoring services will be provided by Trans-Alarm. Continental will continue to offer high quality fire sprinkler and alarm system installation, maintenance and inspection services.
