Trans-Alarm, Inc., Burnsville, MN today announced it has completed the acquisition of Northern Alarm Co. The sale includes all of Northern’s monitored accounts located in the seven-county metropolitan areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Northern Alarm, headquartered in Prior Lake, MN enjoys a reputation for exceptional service and quality with high-end residential and commercial customers.

Trans-Alarm provides security and fire alarm systems, alarm monitoring, closed circuit television, digital video recording, card access, door control and other related services to commercial and industrial accounts throughout the region.
